At Throttlers Yard, we strive to ensure you receive the right product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Wrong Size? Wrong Color? No problem!

If you have ordered the wrong size or color, you can request a replacement.
In such cases, return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
If the mistake is from our side (wrong product, size, or color delivered),
👉 We will cover both return and re-shipping charges (up to the shipping amount charged at the time of purchase).

📦 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A processing fee of 5%–10% (depending on payment gateway charges) will be deducted during refunds.
Refund will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected at our store.

✅ We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
❌ Throttlers Yard is not responsible for lost return shipments.
❌ COD returns will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned item passes inspection, we will:
- Ship the replacement product OR
- Process a partial/full refund, depending on the case
For prepaid orders, a 5% deduction will be applied (payment gateway fee).
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bank account.

❌ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

1) If Order is NOT shipped:

Up to 10% deduction (payment gateway fee) will be applied

2) If Order is already shipped:

Up to 15% deduction will be applied
Only the product cost will be refunded
Refund will begin after the product is returned to our store

⚠️ Important Conditions

Any item that has been used, installed, or taken for a ride will be considered used and not eligible for return/exchange
Items with signs of use (scratches, dirt, smell, damage, etc.) will not be accepted
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable
Returns must include:
- Original tags
- Proper packaging
- Outer shipping box (do not use product box as shipping box)

🎟 Store Credit

After inspection, store credit may be issued if applicable
If you don’t have an account, you may need to create one to receive store credit

🛠 Warranty & Defects

Warranty is provided by the product manufacturer/importer, not Throttlers Yard
We are happy to assist you with warranty claims
Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or misuse
